It all begins with an idea. A trip to St. George’s Market, a call to the greengrocers, or coffee with a cookbook. My lunch menu is always different and just depends on what looks good right now.

Lion's Head (Chinese: 獅子頭; pinyin: Shīzitóu) or stewed meatball is a dish from the Huaiyang cuisine of eastern China
Hawker-style Hainan Chicken Rice (海南鸡) this is our take or the dish from the tropical island at the southern tip of the country
Orange wedges
Espresso, coffees with little handmade Monto chocolates from Co. Derry

Hugo or Botivo spritz cocktails, Champagne or Crodino outside with olives and little crostini canapés.
Langoustines, split and grilled with butter and soft herbs
Ballotine of chicken, served on a salad of Isle of Wight tomatoes, hazelnuts and nasturtium leaves
Grilled nectarines with Trevor McBride’s honey and Veda bread ice cream
