Beau Belfast
Tucked away on Warehouse Lane in Belfast’s vibrant Cathedral Quarter, Beau is a fresh and exciting addition to the city’s food scene. Led by acclaimed chef Lottie Noren (best known for Édo), this modern small-plates restaurant brings bold, seasonal European flavours to the table—all served in a bright, open space where the buzz of the kitchen becomes part of the experience.
We went to visit on the first week of opening, they hadn’t got the curtains up it was so new. Welcome champagne was given on the house as a thanks for coming. Service was super slick and friendly. The all female team on service were efficient and friendly, they know the menu inside out.
The room smells of money and good taste. The furniture and table setting is simple but the best it can be. Attention to detail is magnificent.
We had their crab fritters, langoustine ceviche, scallops, some pork dish, a whole fish and the best steak tartare I’ve ever eaten. It was exceptional. Ended up with a crème caramel that was spot on to round up a little collection of small plates
